It’s December 2024, and London is cold, muggy, and dark. School has called it quits for Christmas break, and you’re feeling the impact of Vitamin D deficiency. What’s the best cure? Winter Sun, and instead of breaking the bank to fly home, I decided to take a trip to Barcelona!
It’s November 2024, and LSE has given me a week off school to ‘Read’. What do I decide to do? Pack a backpack and book a cheap round-trip ticket to a European country. I board a flight to Hungary and try to pack the world of sightseeing into 72 hours with 4 of my friends. We packed a million things into three days, and this is my attempt to pack those three days into one post and share it with you all almost a year later.
My first detailed post from my trip to India is reserved for my favourite outing… a visit to Sanchi, a World Heritage Site. The only other Heritage sites I had been to are ones in London and our very own Nelson’s Dockyard in Antigua.

Back in 2022, I secured an amazing Scholarship opportunity from the Indian Government to spend two weeks in the country learning about Women Empowerment, Policy and Vocational Training. I had the most amazing time and met amazing women who I still keep in touch with to this day. I was doing a bit of internet window shopping and came across a beautiful dress and an amazing pair of shoes on Zara. I decided to post them on my blog since I've been delinquent in posting. I guess that comes with being in college and all, as I've been trying to prioritize my time. But any way, i fell instantly in love with the ensemble so have a look.

However I found the pre-show images afterwards so it's not really my fault. Anyway, when I told you that i was in love with the brand, i meant it. Just the other day my friends and I started playing this fashion game called Covet Fashion (it's available in the Appstore and Google Play). The fashions available in that game are so bomb and I love them. One of the brands I came across was BCBG MAX AZRIA and so I did a little research. I found one of their runway shows, fell more in love, and decided that you needed to know about them too :) so here we go >>
So, I've braided my hair and am growing it out. I am in transition. I'm feeling happy with myself and I can't wait to big chop. Anyway, today was our honorary valentines day at college. I wore an Aeropostale Sundress and a Kenneth Cole Reaction Jacket. I felt very pretty with my outfit and my box braids. Happy Valentines Everyone :)
I was stalking the Vogue website and found some awesome catwalk fashions from House Of Holland. They will be premiered at the New York Fashion Week and i love them. They have a preppy edge while still managing to be fashion forward. Take a look!
